Honda has improved the value of the Honda Civic and Honda City – the move clearly highlights the ultra-competitive nature of our small car market segment.
Biggest savings are on City VTi-L and Sport models which have been cropped by $2,000 with the VTi-L manual now priced at $24,690 and the Sport manual now under $30,000 at $29,990.
Civic VTi and all City models have been reduced by $500.
Stephen Collins, Honda Australia’s General Manager Sales and Marketing said: “The competitiveness in both the light and small car segments has intensified and the repositioning of both City and Civic pricing shows our determination to increase our market share in these vital segments.
Honda is Australia’s eighth best-selling brand – the Jazz compact hatchback and CR-V compact SUV are amongst the best vehicles in their segments. Year to-date Honda’s sales are ahead of 2009
