Good news for Honda fans and a tantalizing thought for compact wagon buyers with confirmation the all-new Civic wagon will appear at next month’s Geneva Motor Show.
Practical, small wagons are a fast-growing new trend in the automotive industry and although Honda’s newcomer appears in Geneva as a ‘concept’ car, production of the all-new Civic wagon has been confirmed for Honda’s British plant in Swindon.
Also on the Honda stand is the updated NSX supercar concept. While the NSX has been seen before, the version coming to Geneva features updated interior design.
And European Honda CRV buyers will see a new diesel engine – Honda’s 1.6-litre DTEC which goes on-sale (in 2WD only) in a couple of months.
