It’s been 40 years since Honda launched the Civic, which has now tracked-up 20-millionn sales globally, and to celebrate, Honda Australia has launched the Civic Sedan Series II.
Pricing is sharp with entry-level VTi offered at ‘Driveaway’ prices - $22,990 (manual) and $25,290 (automatic).
Honda Civic VTi-L adds 16-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights and some extra interior chrome while the VTi-LN scores satellite navigation (with a reversing camera), front fog lights and rain-sensing wipers amongst its extras. Honda Civic Series II Sport models go further with a sporty black leather interior.
No changes under the bonnet with Honda Civic Sport employing the 114kW/188Nm 2.0-litre engine and the others the 103kW/174Nm 1.8-litre.
