Honda has launched a new variant to their CR-V soft-roader SUV range with the addition of the new Limited Edition models.
Honda will be offering these new CR-V LE models at a starting driveaway price of $32,990 for the 2WD or $35,690 for those with 4WD. They offer a generous amount of extra kit over the CR-V VTi but comes to customers at a premium of just $1,700.
Some of the additional standard equipment includes a set of 18-inch alloy wheels, side steps, a rear roof spoiler, front and rear parking sensors, front fog lamps, automatic headlamps and wiper, and Honda’s LaneWatch active blind spot monitoring system.
According to Honda, all these would typically cost $5,500 compared to the $1,700 price premium buyers would pay over the VTi for the CR-V LE.
“As more newcomers join the mid-size SUV segment, the CR-V has cemented its reputation as a very compelling SUV for Honda customers,” Honda Australia Director, Mr. Stephen Collins said. “For those customers looking for something extra, the Limited Edition has the key features expected by shoppers in the market for a proven SUV.”
