Although it’s not on-sale until late next year, Holden’s handsome new mid-size Malibu sedan is already being tested on Australian roads.
We know because a white Malibu drove past the Car Showroom office just a few days ago.
In fact Holden’s Powertrain Engineering team are developing the Malibu not only for Australia but also for global markets (where it will be badged as a Chevrolet).
As part of the program, the Holden Malibu is being tested on public roads as well as the Holden test track at Lang Lang, Victroria.
Securing that program on behalf of the GM world is a real compliment to the skills of Holden’s Powertrain Engineering staff who will be working on developing the Malibu until the end of next year.
