British sports car specialist Aston Martin has confirmed a Frankfurt Motor Show appearance for its stunning V12 Zagato model.
Aston says customer response has been astonishing for the 380kW/570Nm sports car which recently completed a very public engineering sign-off with two examples competing in the Nurburgring 24-hour race, completing 6,000kms of intense workout.
Based on Aston Martin’s V12 Vantage model, the Zagato features a hand-crafted aluminium and carbon-fibre body on a beautiful bonded aluminium platform.
Aston will show two Zagatos in Frankfurt – the first a battle-scarred warrior as it finished the Nurburgring and the second in showroom condition.
Aston Martin will produce just 150 examples of the V12 Zagato starting in the middle of next year.
