Another stunner from Special Projects?
Last August, Ferrari filed patents for a mysterious new supercar. Its proportions support speculation that it’s based off of the LaFerrari hypercar, and bears a heavily redesigned body. The patent filings were recently published the VWVortex forums by user ‘aladis.’
While the design reminds us of the redesigned Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina that was commissioned by James Glickenhaus for his personal collection, a quick rooting through the European patent office filing reveals that these designs were submitted by Ferrari themselves, fuelling the fire that this might be a Special Projects one-off. If it is, being based off a LaFerrari, we expect it to cost quite a lot of coin.
