The Hyundai Elantra is already one of the best-selling cars in Australia and that trend looks set to continue with a new facelifted model breaking cover in Korea ahead of its Q4 2013 launch.
As well as the freshened looks and extra features, the updated Hyundai Elantra scores a new 1.6-litre diesel engine.
Wearing an ‘Avante’ badge at home in Korea, the new Hyundai Elantra, at 4550mm, is 20mm longer than the current model and scores a new-look front-end thanks to restyled grille, bumper, fog lights, projector headlights and LED DRLs.
Viewed from this side in these pics we can notice new two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels and chrome side trim highlight line.
At the rear, the latest Hyundai Elantra runs new LED rear combination lights and a two-tone bumper.
Interior changes are cosmetic to improve practicality but additions include a 3.5-inch LED screen, ventilated seats and a rear seat air-vent.
On the technology front, as well as the 84kW/279Nm 1.6-litre diesel engine, the new Hyundai Elantra scores Smart Parking Assist.
