Kia used the Chicago Auto Show to unveil its updated 2014 Optima Hybrid.
With combined output from the petrol/electric hybrid drivetrain of 148kW/318Nm, the Kia Optima Hybrid is agile and fuel-efficient with a combined cycle rating of 6.19l/100kms (7.9l/100kms for the regular petrol-powered Kia Optima sold in Australia).
Changes for the 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid include new front and rear fascias which are more aerodynamic, a new front grille, new LED lights and new-design alloy wheels. Inside, range-topping 2014 Kia Hybrid EX models have the option of a white leather package.
Both EX and entry-grade LX run an enhanced interior.
