Stung by criticism from the automotive media it was slower than rival German brands in rolling-out capped price servicing, Volkswagen has responded as only Volkswagen can by launching a massive program which covers its entire passenger car range.
Extending for six years or 90,000kms (whichever comes first), Volkswagen’s capped price servicing program is also one of the industry’s longest.
The program applies to all new Volkswagens sold since 1 January 2013, Volkswagen Up vehicles sold since 6 October 2012, Volkswagen Beetle models sold since 23 February 2013 and the all-new Volkswagen Golf 7 which goes on-sale on 27 April 2013.
The range of Volkswagen capped price servicing for the first six years or 90,000kms starts at $1,874.50 and extends to $4,091 for the Touareg diesel.
