Following last year’s Zagato Coupe, BMW has team with another famous Italian design house, Pininfarina, for its car to be unveiled at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in two weeks.
It’s the BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coupe.
It’s hard to a get a full picture from these images but with a V12 engine under the bonnet and talk of a long wheelbase, stretched bonnet, short overhangs, smoothly sloping roofline and set-back greenhouse as well as “Italian exclusivity”…well, we’re thinking it won’t be a small hatchback.
The annual Villa d’Este event brings out the best in luxury automobile design and with BMW joining forces with Pininfarina, the result promises to be spectacular.
