It will be a huge night for BMW at the Paris Motor Show on 27 September.
The ‘Automotive Designers Night’ held during the show will see BMW collect no less than 48 awards from the international design competition, ‘Automotive Brand Contest’.
Among the winning models from the German giant are the latest 3 Series sedan, 6 Series Gran Coupe, i8 Concept Spyder, Mini Roadster and Husqvarna Nuda 900 R.
Conducted under the auspices of the German Design Council, the Automotive Brand Contest in claimed to be the only neutral international design competitive for automotive brands.
An independent group of experts from media, design, brand communication and higher education consider designs in 12 categories.
Prize winners are automatically nominated for the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany.
