The magnificent BMW 650i Gran Coupe has now arrived in Australia and its introduction coincides with updates for the 650i Coupe and Convertible, highlighted by a more powerful tiwn-turbocharged V8 engine.
BMW’s new generation twin-turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 scores variable valve control, new turbochargers, crankshaft, valve gear and cylinder heads to boost power by 10 per-cent to 330kW at 5500rpm and lifts torque by 50Nm to 650Nm between 2000 and 4000rpm. Fuel consumption drops to 8.9l/100kms (Gran Coupe and Coupe) and 9.2l/100kms (Convertible).
