Audi TT fans get your cards, letters and emails written because Audi Australia says the limited edition ‘TTS Competition’ won’t be coming this way unless there is sufficient interest from potential buyers.
To celebrate production of the half-millionth TT, Audi has commissioned 500 of the TTS Competition – painted in either ‘Imola Yellow’ or ‘Nimbus Grey’ in Coupe and Roadster models. Wheels are 19-inch ‘Rotor’ design and there’s a fixed rear wing.
Inside is ‘Impulse’ leather in steel grey with Imola Yellow highlights, a shaped leather-wrapped steering wheel and individual numbering on an alloy plate.
Under the bonnet is Audi’s 200kW/350Nm 2.0-litre TFSI engine driving through the six-speed S tronic transmission.
The Audi TTS Competition Coupe punches-out zero to 100km/h in 5.3 seconds with the Roadster not far behind at 5.5 seconds.
