The Beijing Motor Show will see Audi debut a racy RS concept of it’s just-launch Q3 compact SUV.
Power comes from Audi’s turbocharged 2.5-litre TFSI five-cylinder petrol engine with 265kW on-tap and driving through a seven-speed S tronic transmission.
There are sporty styling enhancements outside highlighted by a black honeycomb grill with brushed aluminium surround, tinted headlights with carbon-fibre covers and lots of racy black aero kit including a massive rear diffuser. Underneath the Audi RS Q3 rides on sports suspension lowered by 25mm and 8.5J x 20-inch alloy wheels with 255/30 tyres.
Inside the black and blue hues of the exterior are repeated in Fine Nappa leather and dark blue Alcantara. The tachometer features Chinese letters instead of the normal numbers.
