Audi Australia has confirmed a suite of Limited Edition models to further enhance the desirability of some its most desirable models.
Topping the list is the gob-smacking R8 sports car with its 309kW V8 or 386kW V10. Available in both Coupe and Spyder derivatives is a limited edition R8 Carbon Edition ( be quick - only 10 are coming Oz). Included in the extras (valued at $38,100 but adding only $10,900 to the sticker price) are 19-inch titanium-finish alloy wheels, carbon fibre exterior package (spoiler, diffuser, sideblades, inlays, mirror housings and door sills) and a matt black finish for the radiator grille, tailpipes and rear window outlets.
Nest-up the Audi RS 5 Coupe (331kW/430Nm V8) Limited Edition runs 20-inch titanium finish alloy wheels, a black exterior kit, sports exhaust, panoramic glass roof and Bang & Olufsen audio…all with no change to the $175,300 retail price. On the options list are Audi Sports Suspension Plus with Dynamic Ride Control ($4,750) and RS sports seats (reduced from $6,500 to $3,700).
Only 45 of the limited edition Audi TT RS Stronic are coming to Australia. This combines the 250kW/450Nm turbocharged 2.5-litre, five-cylinder engine and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive with the seven-speed Stronic dual clutch transmission. Extras include 19-inch titanium finish alloy wheels, sports exhaust, adaptive headlights, Bose audio, more interior leather, LED interior lights, metallic paint and a black exterior package…all for no change to the $139,900 price tag.
For the limited edition Audi S3 Sportback Stronic (only 60 available) you can add18-inch titanium finish alloy wheels, a black exterior kit, Audi exclusive front seats, flat-bottom, leather-wrapped sports steering wheel and MMI navigation. Audi says that’s $9,000 worth of add-ons, but the price for the limited edition S3 has risen by just $2,800 to $74,500.
And for the cheeky A1, Audi has introduced a ‘Compeition Kit’ (just 50 heading this way) which comprises lower front spoilers, side sills, a rear diffuse, larger roof spoiler and tailpipes – for no extra dollars.
