Good news for those considering an Audi A4 – one of the world’s most desirable vehicles – with the launch of a new entry-level Quattro all-wheel-drive variant called the ‘Ambition’.
Available in both sedan and Avant (wagon) guise, the new ‘Ambition’ is priced from $57,100 and has been joined by the S Line models (from $65,000) to provide a compelling argument to consider Audi’s acclaimed all-paw grip Quattro system in time for the slippery winter months.
Power comes from either Audi’s 2.0-litre TFSI petrol engine or 2.0 TDI diesel driving through either a six-speed manual transmission or seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic (no manuals for the TDI-equipped models).
As you’d expect from Audi, standard equipment is impressive and includes MMI Navigation plus with live traffic updates, leather-trimmed interior, sports steering wheel with shift paddles 18-inch alloy wheels and Xenon headlights with LED DRLs.
S line models add extras such as S line exterior package, 5-twin-spoke alloy wheels, sports front seats rear-view camera and 10-speaker audio.
