Aston Martin’s astonishing V12 super saloon, the Taraf was originally conceived as a bespoke vehicle for mega-wealthy Middle East buyers but now comes news of a limited production run of 200 vehicles in either left or right-hand drive.
However it seems Australia has missed-out with the British manufacturer saying the 200 are going to buyers in Europe, the UK and South Africa.
Launched – naturally – in Dubai, the Aston Martin Lagonda Taraf rekindles the iconic Aston Martin Lagonda of 1976 but rides on the company’s new flexible VH chassis architecture and is hand-built in a dedicated part of the Gaydon, Warwickshire plant previously used to make the One-77 model.
Pricing details are not relevant as due to the range of individuality of each car, owners will price their own car according to its bespoke nature.
