BMW’s excellent X4 range has been boosted by the arrival of the xDrive35d variant with standard M Sport package and priced at $89,900.
The BMW X4 xDrive35d replaces the xDrive 30d model.
Powered by the familiar 230kW/630Nm twin-turbo six-cylinder diesel engine, the X4’s new range-topper covers zero to 100km/h in 5.2 seconds and boasts impressive levels of standard kit such as the Surround View 360-degree camera system, cruise control with braking function and Dynamic Damper Control.
Riding on 20-inch M alloy wheels, the X4 xDrive 35d lists a Harman Kardon surround sound audio system with DAB+ digital radio, comfort access plus ConnectedDrive Freedom and internet functionality – items which weren’t fitted to the xDrive 30d.
Oh and don’t forget the extra 40kW/70nM under the bonnet.
The standard M Sport package adds an ‘M’ aerodynamics package, ‘M’ leather steering wheel with paddle-shifters for the eight-speed auto and Nevada leather upholstery.
