Ford Australia has just debuted the good-looking Kuga mid-size SUV Downunder but the all-new model made its European debut at Geneva following its global reveal earlier this year at the Detroit Auto Show.
The latest Ford Kuga adopts a more dynamic look and more spacious interior with a clever, hands-free self-opening tailgate and one-touch folding rear seats which provide an extra 82-litres of cargo capacity (total 442-litres).
Power comes from Ford’s 1.6-litre EcoBoost petrol engine or the 2.0-litre turbo-diesel and Ford has advanced its all-wheel-drive system with Torque Vectoring Control for faster response – the company claims it adjusts drive 20-times faster than blinking an eye.
The all-new Ford Kuga Is one of 10 Ford models sharing the Focus platform.
