Peugeot has rolled-out an improved 3008 range for 2012. Bringing the badging in-line with other Peugeot models, the XSE-grade model is now called ‘Active’ while the XTE becomes ‘Allure’.
Despite some impressive extra equipment, prices for the 2012 Peugeot 3008 have risen by only $500.
Among the extras, entry-level Active models score Bluetooth and USB, a head-up display plus a Cielo glass roof.
Included under the extras in Allure grade is leather seat trim (worth $2,500).
No changes under the bonnet – the Peugeot 3008 offered with either a 115kW/250Nm 1.6-litre petrol engine or 120kW/340Nm 2.0-litre turbo-diesel. All drive through a six-speed automatic transmission.
