Mitsubishi’s handy Outlander compact SUV gets the sports treatment in a limited edition ACTiV version.
Based on the LS Outlander, the ACTiV model scores 18-inch alloy wheels, a black front center grille, fog lights and black roof rails with cross bars.
Inside, the extras include rear parking sensors, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic air-conditioning and rear privacy glass.
Under the bonnet is Mitsubishi’s 125kW/226Nm, 2.4-litre four-cylinder engine, driving through either a five- speed manual transmission or a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) automatic.
Standard safety features include active stability control (ASC), active traction control (ATC) and multi-mode anti-lock brakes (ABS) with electronic brake force distribution (EBD).
Outlander is an impressively packaged compact SUV and the available seven seats add to its appeal for family buyers.
